Transfer from Mendoza to the Cordon del Plata (9514 ft = 2900 m).
Ascent to the Mount Arenales (11155 ft = 3500 m).
Acclimatization (4 hours hike including stops).
Night at the refuge.
It is imperative that everyone joining a mountaineering expedition be in a high standard of physical fitness when the expedition begins. You are recommended to do some conditioning. Be sure that a good physical preparation and training will increase chances to get the top.
On this trip we spend the night in a very cozy and comfortable refuge settled at the foot of the mountains with a beautiful terrace to enjoy a coffee with a unique view.
