Safety Rules for Expert Tours
It is important to us that you have a positive experience using the Horse Tours Club services. Safety when conducting Expert Tours is our top priority. Please carefully read the text of these Safety Rules (hereinafter referred to as the Rules).
When booking Expert Tours on Horse Tours Club you agree with the Rules and agree to comply with them. In case you disagree with the requirements stated in the Rules, kindly refrain from using Horse Tours Club services.
Terms used in the Rules shall be interpreted with the meaning defined in our Agreement.
The Rules do not contain an exhaustive list of safety measures to protect your life and health; they may also be supplemented by the requirements of the Tour Provider, as well as general rules of conduct. In the event of a conflict between the general rules of conduct and our present Safety Rules, the general rules of conduct shall prevail.
Expert Tours may involve risks to your health. When deciding to use the services of the Expert Tours Providers, you voluntarily and knowingly assume these risks. If you are traveling with minors, remember that you are responsible for them in accordance with applicable laws.
Before finalizing the agreement for the Expert Tour with the Tour Provider, you are required to familiarize yourself with all the information provided by the Tour Provider about the procedure for organizing and conducting the Expert Tour, the requirements and criteria for its participants, any potential risks to your life and health. You are entitled to contact the Expert Tours Provider for additional information on the above matters.
You acknowledge and understand that the safety of the Expert Tour is the responsibility of the Tour Provider, who provides the Expert Tour service to you based on the Agreement between you and the Tour Provider. You are directly responsible for complying with all required safety regulations during the Expert Tour.
Kindly familiarize yourself with the information about the Expert Tour, the rules of visiting the sites included in the program of the Expert Tour and additional information about safety during this tour.
Kindly read the reviews of other Customers about a particular Tour Provider or Expert Tour.
Avoid booking the Expert Tour if your abilities do not meet its requirements or limitations (such as age, health conditions or necessary physical fitness levels, as well as the need for personal and group equipment and clothing, including personal protective gear, etc.). Avoid booking the Expert Tour if its itinerary involves health risks that you are not prepared to accept (such as mountain hiking, animal riding, water tours or visits to industrial facilities and enterprises, etc.).
Please do not bring children with you on the Expert Tour if the tour conditions explicitly prohibit it or if there are obvious risks involved for children. Remember that you are responsible for their safety.
Familiarize yourself with and adhere to all safety rules set by the sites included in the Expert Tour itinerary, including (but not limited to) the safety rules of museums, transportation providers and accommodation facilities. Follow the instructions and recommendations of the Tour Providers and accompanying staff. Pay special attention to any safety briefings conducted by the Tour Provider or other individuals responsible for the Expert Tour. It is essential to strictly follow all instructions provided during the briefing.
Prior to the beginning of the Expert Tour please independently check the weather conditions for the relevant tour period. Additionally, review the status of the natural sites included in the itinerary to assess safety levels specific to your situation, including the state of communications and infrastructure.
In case you feel unwell during the Expert Tour, please inform a staff member immediately. Be mindful of the health and behavior of other participants, and promptly notify a staff member or guide if you notice any signs of illness or if a participant is absent.
In case you fall behind the group, please contact the accompanying staff, the Tour Provider's representative at the number provided on your ticket or another participant in the Expert Tour as soon as possible. If you are unable to reach any of these individuals, please contact a local authority, such as a museum, police station or the nearest educational institution.
During the Expert Tour, the consumption of alcoholic beverages is prohibited (including low-alcohol drinks and beer), except in cases where alcohol consumption is explicitly included in the itinerary. Additionally, we kindly ask that you refrain from littering and using inappropriate language.
Please stay on the designated route (path, track) and avoid straying from it. Kindly keep away from electric wires, unfenced edges or cliffs. Do not enter or swim in areas not designated for swimming. When visiting observation platforms, please remain behind the barriers. Avoid letting children go beyond the fences, climbing on them or placing children on top of them. When exploring natural sites (such as glaciers, rocks, mountains, ravines, waterfalls, etc.), please follow the instructions of the Tour Provider and accompanying staff. Any uncoordinated actions could pose a risk to your health or safety. When visiting industrial facilities, please stay with the group and adhere to the instructions of your guide.
